Billy Gene Wise ll was born in Alabama on March 12, 1985. Growing up Billy kiked to fish, hunt, swim , and ride horses with his brothers and siters. He lived to make you laugh at the funniest things. The life Bilky loved the most was his wife Tina Wise and her children. We will forever miss you.
