My 1st truck was a lil blue Mazda pick up.  One night I was in the pool hall playing pool and we all heard store alarms going off loud.  We ran outside and it was my truck.  Billy and Jackie had lifted my truck from the street way up on the curb to the plate glass window of a store there.  Think it was a jewelry store but dont recall for sure. But wasnt a spare inch tween my truck and it and they had set off the alarm.  Of course just as i got in it to move it off the sidewalk here came the cops and i tried to explain i did Not drive it up there but they was mad over alarm so i had to go to station and wait for mom and of course ended up grounded even though was completely innocent lol  

One time we was at grannies.  Granny had me take PaPa Lee some water out in the field.  Was hot as blazes.  I ran back in to change to a tank and left the jug on carport then came out and got it and took it to him.  He was so happy to have that ice water and took a huge chug of it.  Then choked and gagged and spit out wet sand. He tanned my hide good and i ran all way back to grannies crying.  And there sat Billy on the pump house laughing so hard he rolled off and kept laughin.  Granny had to come out with the broom to seperate us cause I tore into him and that scrawny kid could scrap with the best  lol  

Back when we were in grade school we lived in a haunted house in Harrisburg IL. We had a very mean ghost which has nothing to do with this story.  One night Billy came in my room to wake me up in the middle of the night to tell me the ghost set his new dress shoes (which he Hated cause they hurt his feet) in the closet on fire.  Now please keep in mind we Do have a ghost.  So I run to his room and yup its on fire. All along the bottom of tge closet. So he says I gotta wake up mom which started a long arguement over who should wake her since she was gonna be mad.  Anyhow  while this going on fire has spread to clothes now so yup gotta wake mom. Needless to say mom freaks.  We get tons water from bathroom and put out the fire and she beat a bunch out also.  Closet is black wet stinky place now.  After it is out  Billy proceeds to tell mom how the ghost did this. His 1st mistake was starting out telling her he was sitting in the closet playing with her lighter when the ghost came and scarred him and started a fire right in his new shoe  lol. Even as a kid Billy wouldnt lie  not exactly  but stretching the truth well that was another story lol.  somehow we both ended up with sore bottoms over that whippin although I cant recall why I got it as well   but i likely deserved it  lol.
