Mr. Billy Ray Abron Sr. Obituary
Billy Ray Abron Sr was born on February 11, 1950 to Irie Abron Sr and Leavelle Ford Abron "Hamilton" of D'Lo Mississippi. He was the fourth child of 9 children. He was raised by Mr. And Mrs. Jim and Mary Jane Little of of Mendenhall, Ms.
He graduated from McLaurin High School of Magee, Ms. In 1968. He attended CameronUniversity in Lawton, Ok. He worked at Universal Plant and later joined the United States Army where he served his country in the Vietnam War from which he retired in 1978. He went on to work at Simpson County Sheriffs department in the Narcotics division until he fully retired in 1979. He had a love for his family, race cars, gardening & his favorite past-time was fishing.
Celebrating his life and cherishing his memory is his wife of 26 years Robin Floyd Abron, one daughter Keontaque Abron Rimmer, two sons: Billy Ray Abron Jr. and JaDarius Abron. Three Grandchildren: Keondre Abron, Dextane’ Rimmer and Dexter Rimmer II Brothers: Albert Clarence Smith, Roy Little, Addison Little, Jim Little Jr., Clyde Hamilton & L. V. Walker Sisters: Celestine Edwards, Margaret Dampeer, Rosemary Dixon, Doris Faye Terrell, Adelle Robinson, Shirley Buie, Paulette Bridges, Jerry Faye Lott Mother-in-law: Edna Floyd, Brother-in-laws: Arthur Lee Floyd, Robert Earl Floyd and, Nikie Floyd Sister-in-laws: Sandra Elaine Womack, Nannette Hamilton, Sheila Ann Willis, Carolyn Floyd as well. Special Nephews: Marvin Sherman, James Floyd and Rodney Floyd as well as host of many loving nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
