When we talk on the phone we talked about things that matter….my first day at M/s Neil little school.. she asked me to sing this song a couple months before her passing.  ”He’ll understand and say well done”. Using Face time. My exact last words, day before she went to hospital… “I love you Aunt Bernice”….she had a beautiful smile. Your memories are always with me mother…Peaches.

Bern, My Beloved Sister,
Why did you leave me like this - without saying goodbye?
God sent me to Jamaica to be with you. We sang school songs, favourite hymns and prayed together.
You asked me to repeat your favourite Psalm: "I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills from whence cometh my help", painfully unaware that you were going to leave me. I didn't say goodbye and for that mine eyes burn with tears and my heart hurts!
My Sister, Bern, you were so sweet, so kind, so forgiving, loving and trustworthy; so loved by everyone.
I loved you Sis, we all love you but God loved you best. Rest peacefully in His arms in that land where we will never say goodbye.
Always in my ❤️.
Forever missed by
Hermel Gabbidon.

My Last Talk..

March 2, 2021
by val mac
I remembered my last talk... it was a week before she died.
I was to visit her. She implored me to come. I told her that I would get her somethings. She said, "you don't have to bring anything, bring yourself, you need to come to look for me". I went and purchased something for her. But... I still have it.
Time can only heal broken hearts.
