Grief can make the simplest tasks feel like uphill climbs, especially when you\u2019re trying to keep a business, household, or life afloat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But here\u2019s the truth, we don\u2019t say enough: You have permission to pause.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You don\u2019t have to hustle through heartbreak and force the comeback. Try to rest. Reflect. Recover. Not forever, not because you\u2019re broken, but because you are human.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Grief isn\u2019t a detour. It\u2019s a part of the journey.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">So here\u2019s how you hold space for it:<br>Cancel something. Anything.
