Bobby Wayne Turner, 71 of Lanett, left his family and friends to go be with our Lord and Savior. He departed peacefully on Wednesday, December 16th, 2015 at his home surrounded by those who dearly loved him. A fighter to the end, he still maintained his sense of humor, a heartwarming smile and a twinkle in his eyes. He was a fiercely devoted family man, a wonderful provider and a friend to all who knew him.

He is preceded in death by his father Raymond A. Turner (Roanoke) and his sister Janice Burk (Roanoke). He is survived by his mother Lois R. Turner (Roanoke), his wife Barbara Turner (Lanett), daughter Tammy Turner Pike (Roanoke), daughter Sandi Turner (Lanett), son Russell Turner (Auburn), grandchildren Jonathan Pike and MacKenzie Pike.
