This memorial website was created in memory of our loved one, Bolaji Tayo, 57 years old, born on December 8, 1963, and passed away on April 24, 2021. We will remember him forever.
My dear friend, colleague and fellow comrade,
What a shocking sudden unannounced departure?!
I was already looking forward to riding home together once again as the office gradually reopens. I’ll forever remember the gists and the stories we shared, some quite deep...
You have a personality that endeared you to all, irrespective of creed, tongue, status and all. Your pastoral care for souls was never in doubt. Your commitment to the struggle was unalloyed and your unannounced exit has left a vacuum crying out for another comrade to fill.
You lived a good life and left behind your imprints for those coming after you. Rest in peace in the Lord, a well deserved rest.
May God grant your family and loved ones the fortitude to bear.
Until we meet again in eternal bliss, requiescat in pace.

Tayo, a professional to the core; jovial, honest and trustworthy. A passionate persona in whatever interest he picked. A very active and supportive comrade in PENGASSAN struggles. First to write #Istandwiththeunion100% in times of clarion call. We all miss you.
