It deeply saddens to find this out now . My best friend through out all elementary years , I always kept contact and somehow lost contact for the past 10 years . I recently had something keep bugging me to look you up and see how you been . Your name picture and obituary link was the first thing to pop up . And I live in Florida . Brother just know you'll always cross my mind from here on . I send prayers to the family , and maybe Doug will remember me the little Mexican boy he took out to downtown Disney and fun spot as kids . I love you man and I hate I didn't link one last time how we planned .

Dear Brandon -- 170 years ago, Alfred, Lord Tennyson finished the poem that contains his most famous quote: " 'Tis better to have loved and lost than never to have loved at all."
That's hard to believe sometimes. Because losing someone we love is so damned hard it's totally natural at first to think: "My grief is too great. What was the point? What happens now? I'll never be happy. I'll never love anyone again, that's for sure."
Well, you know what? It might have been only 1849, but Tennyson was ahead of his time. Even in his own excruciating sadness he knew how much richer we all are to have loved someone SO MUCH that imagining them NOT having been in our lives is actually WORSE than the deepest pain we feel at their absence.
Maybe your Mom and Dad were fortunate enough to already know that, or maybe it's just something that comes with time.
Of course they miss you, of course they wish you were back. But boy, do they feel lucky you were THEIRS, that you were HERE, that you had a wonderful life, and that you made a true difference. Which will continue in myriad ways -- some they may have yet to see, that will occur down the road, or in ways that THEY'LL bring about themselves.
And when they do, I have a feeling they'll know EXACTLY who inspired 'em to happen. ;-)

Brandon.... where do I even begin... you were/still are my best friend and it’s still so crazy that you’re gone. I remember all the fun times we had from taking your parents car late at night blasting blink 182 or chilling in your room laughing about dumb stuff and listening to ADTR.. we had our birthdays right after each other and since you passed I’ve spent each of my birthdays in memory of you.. can’t wait until I see you again... I love you brother.

I'll never forget meeting Brandon at Tuxedo Junction in Danbury. We were both booked for the Trap Nation show there and after meeting him in a group of other DJs, he stood out to me because he was more passionate and confident in his music than anyone else there. We sat outside on the curb that night and just talked about music and performing and how we both fell in love with bass music. I was so nervous about my set and he told me if you love it then the crowd will love it and that has stuck with me since then. I still think about him every time I get up on stage...miss you bro.

It was recently I found out about Brandon, but I can easily remember in middle school I had just switched schools and I had 2 or 3 classes with him but I sat next to him in reading class and he would always pretend to be playing the drums and his smile was just so great, he had the best personality and really cared about everyone, I didn't know him very well at all but I will forever remember that welcoming smile :)
