Happy Birthday

February 17, 2014

Today is a sad day as well as a happy day.  We never would have guessed
you would be spending your birthday with Jesus.  You will be forever loved
and missed.

Your Mama and Daddy

Her Helping hands will be missed.

January 27, 2014

I graduated VHS with Brenda which is where we got to know each other and became friends.  We grew up, got married and started lives of our own like so many of us do.  We lost touch for many years but I am thankful to have reconnected with Brenda through church.  I enjoyed seeing her again and renewing our friendship.

At all our church functions Brenda was one of the first to roll her sleeves up and jump in to lend a hand to help in any way she could.  She never had to be asked. She saw the need and did what needed to be done.

Our game nights at church holds fond memories which I am thankful to have shared.   Reminded me of the Brenda from our teenage years laughing and having a great time.  We will also miss her cooking, banana pudding especially.

While it is so very sad that she has left us so soon, my heart is happy that I know where Brenda is and that we will one day meet again.  My sympathies to her sweet parents, son, grandson, and brothers.  May God wrap you in his arms and help you through this heart breaking time.

Love and prayers,

Denise Story Philpott
