Mrs. Brown, the daughter of Helen R. and Billy Fuller, was born Sunday, February 17, 1957, in Victoria, Texas. She graduated from Valley High School and was employed by W.E.E. Care at Fairfax Baptist Church. Mrs. Brown enjoyed reading and spending time with her dog Henri. She was a Baptist.

Survivors other than her parents include her son, Kevin, her grandson, Dylan Brown and her brothers, Harold S. Fuller and David C. Fuller.
