Her Life

Our Angel Hero, Brenda Renee

March 17, 2016

Brenda Renee Ford, (nee' Zrubek) went home to be with her Creator, Saviour & her ancestors Monday March 7, 2016 after a courageous, brave battle with cancer at The Hospice of The Valley in Glendale AZ.
She was born on June 3rd 1960 to Jeanette R & AJ Zrubek in Taylor Texas at the former John's Hospital. Brenda attended St Cyril & Methodius, Granger elementary school, Taylor Middle School and Taylor High School, graduating in 1978.
She went on to enlist in the US Navy, Serving honourably for 20 years & travelling all over, living in Guam, Washington State, Ridgecrest CA & Peoria AZ. She then worked for the USPS in Phoenix, where she settled and made a home for herself & her son.
She married and gave birth to her son, Brian Matthew Ford, wwhom she loved fiercely, being not only his mom but his best friend. Brenda worked hard all her life teaching her son and all those who knew her the value of good, honest work
She LOVED EVERYTHING Elvis but her true loves were her son & her two furbabies, Maggie & Molly and her brother Brian. The Last 6 months she on Earth, she was reunited with her brother, Brian Patrick Zrubek & his wife, Melody. They became
closer that they'd ever been, becoming an important part of her life, which was filled with almost daily phone chats that ALWAYS ended in declarations of love". In the last few weeks, there were many talks about the spiritual life
and where she would be going. God showed His face to her, letting her know that HE would never leave her. While we prayed constantly for healing, the Lord looked down, saw her struggle & took her home with Him.
Our Sister Brenda is predeceased by her beloved mom Jeanette, grandparents, Mr & Mrs Arnold T Zrubek and Mr & Mrs Oscar Seggern; uncle Calvin Seggern, Great uncle & Aunt Albin & Albina Dykowski;
cousin Daniel Kropp, 2 nieces, Eilis Brianne, Irulan Brie & nephew Brian Quinn. She also leaves loved ones who are broken hearted: her Son Brian Matthew & his fiance Jessica of Peoria AZ, her beloved brother Brian,
(Melody) Northern CA, Evelyn Kropp & family, Thel Grayson, (Darryl) Austin, TX & their 3 beautiful children,2 friends, Vicky and Linda, her USPS co-workers, the people she delivered mail to and last but certainly last NOT least,
her furbaby girls, MAGGIE, an adorable Shih Tzu & the hilariously nutty but sweet Molly. We will miss our mom, sister & friend but we have complete confidence that we will see her again someday. Brenda requested a Celebration
of Her Life, full of memories, hugs, tears, laughter & love. The family thanks all those who prayed for her, with a special thanks to Evelyn Kropp. The family humbly requests donations to Christian Children's Fund, Humane Society
or a favorite charty in lieu of flowers. We will always love her
