She was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in 1987. She fought this disease with everything she had until her untimely death. She never let it get her down and was always trying new drugs and remedies to keep her going. We even stung her with live bees for a period of time, this did help her get the use of her arms for some time. When the disease to her arms she started painting with her mouth. She always found a way.
