I was blessed to be with her in her last days. The night before she passed, is one of my favorite times with her. She was so happy and I will miss being able to call and talk to her. She was one of the strongest women I know. She has fought this cancer for so long, but was always smiling,

Growing up u always had my back. I remember u pierced my ears for the second time. U gave me my first paying job watching the kids. I was always ur niece u never used the ugly word "step". U taught me writing is a great out let. I love u to the stars and back.

Those good memories replay in my mind over and over. She touched so many people with her kind heart and crazy witchy laughter lol. That last night with her though is still so fresh in my mind. She was enjoying dressing me up with her jewelry and I was so happy to have that time with her. We've been through a lot but those good memories were so magical to me. I miss her everyday.
