Brett Nash Stevens of Riverside, California passed away on Monday, April 24, 2017 at the age of 35.

Brett was born to parents Henry and Mary Stevens on October 14, 1981.

At the age of 20, Brett enlisted in the United States Marines where he served his country for 15 years, until his reitrement in January, 2017 with the rank of Master Sargeant. Although his hometown was Riverside, California, he was currently residing in Niota, Tennessee with his brother. 

Brett is preceeded in death by his late wife, Anna (White) Stevens, and unborn daughter, Savannah Grace Stevens. Brett is survived by his parents, Henry and Mary (Smith) Stevens; two brothers, Michael Stevens, age 37, and Van Stevens, age 27; and two nephews, James and Elijah Stevens, ages 5 and 3.

Cremation will take place on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 2 p.m. and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Service being held at St. Mary's in Athens, Tennessee on Friday, May 5, 2017 at 11 a.m. His family asks for no flowers or donations.
