Some of his military decorations were the Army Achievement Medal, Meritorious Unit Award, Air Force Outstanding Unit Award with 2 oak leaf clusters, National Defense Service Medal, Iraq Campaign Medal with 1 service star, Global War on Terrorism Service Medal and the Air Force Expeditionary Service Ribbon with Gold Border. In addition to his parents and children, he is survived by his wife, Jennifer; a sister, Kathleen Boda and husband Kenneth, of Roscoe; a grandmother, Kathryn Dranzo; uncles, Tony Dranzo and wife, Karen, and John Tunney; an aunt, Elizabeth Ray; nieces, Madeline and Makayla Boda; a nephew, Bode Boda; and many loving cousins. He is preceded in death by his brother, Michael, on March 5, 2010; grandmother, Mary Ray; grandfather, Carl Dranzo, Sr.; uncles, Fred and Bill Ray; and aunts, Barbara Tunney and Agnes Jenkins.
