Brian Anthony Oakley

Brian was born at Ou Medical Center to Cheryl and James Oakley on July 25th 1996 in Oklahoma City, OK. He had one sister named Brandy and one half brother named Brandon. 
 Brian became an uncle the first time on December 29th 2007 and for the second time on Auguest 2nd 2009. His neice and nephew love him dearly and miss him just as much.
