Bruce C. Nelson, 69 years old, was born on July 6, 1951 in Austin, Texas and passed away on October 31, 2020 in Dayton, Ohio. He is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Edith Nelson and two sons, Curtis James Nelson and Dale Ray Nelson. Bruce leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving wife of 4 years and longtime friend and soulmate of 25 years, Karen Nelson; he was a caring father to Nikki, Amber (Tommy), Angel, Greg (Ashley), Shawn (Marice), Je'Tarr, and Trina (Byran); beloved Paw-Paw to Christian, RaeLynn, Tom Tom, Issac, Javier, Jacob, Isiah, Jaslyn, Josiah, Kyair, Lil Jeff, DaShinae, Ayreonna, Princess, DeDe, Amani, AuShinae, Taleah, Ciara, JayShawn, and Je'Tarr Jr; his daughter-in-law, Rhoda Nelson; his brother-in-law, John Hinders; his brother, Frank Nelson; and a nephew, Anthony Nelson; along with numerous other family members and friends. Bruce will be greatly missed and forever in our hearts.
