BRUCE DAVID ROBERTS, PASSED AWAY SEPTEMBER 4, 2011, MIAMI FLORIDA. 

Bruce David Roberts, born New York City September 19, 1958, passed away September 4, 2011.  Survived by wife Dawne, daughters Carly and Cara, mother Phyllis Glukstad, father Malcolm Roberts, mother in law Deane Horne, sister Judy Aguirre (Ronald Ayala), brother Leonard Roberts, sister in law Dr. Elaine Klein, brother in law Jose Aguirre, nieces Mindy and Katie Aguirre and nephews Andrew Aguirre and Benjamin and Matthew Roberts, and loving friends and relatives, too numerous to name.

Bruce's life was fulfilled by his beautiful wife, Dawne, his love of 30 years and their beloved daughters, Carly and Cara, the joys of their life.  Bruce contributed greatly to the success of Miami International Forwarders and more recently Miami International Freight Solutions.  He was greatly respected throughout the business community for his expertise in import solutions.  Bruce's giving nature was appreciated by all, whether he was dedicating time to St. Thomas Aquinas and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation or helping students reach their potential.  He was happiest being home with family and friends, playing golf, watching college football and loviing his pets.  Bruce infused our lives with love and humor, and will be forever missed by his family, friends, neighbors and all who were blessed to be touched by his warmth and generous spirit. 

Donations in Bruce's memory may be sent to the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and the First Tee Foundation.

Services were held today, Tuesday, September 6, 2011 at 2:30 pm at Levitt-Weinstein Memorial Chapel, 18840 West Dixie Highway, North Miami Beach, Florida.
