His Life
March 3, 2016

Caleb played teeball when he was younger and also football. He started playing football when he was in second grade and played with third and fourth graders. He got the award for giving 110 % because he never backed down. He played for four years. His nickname was small fry because he was so small. In the fifth grade he wrestled for Sturgis Ele. He loved it. Caleb had a big heart and was a friend,a brother, and son to many. The nicknames he had were Isaac, small fry, short guy, little buddy, and little guy.A few months before he died he started a saying and his brothers and close friends joined in. It was tu hu. Everywhere you go you hear tu hu.  He was only 15 so his job choices were limited. He started out mowing yards at the age of 10. Then went to scraping. When he turned 15 he got a job at an apartment complex cleaning out apartments. He also worked at chicken houses in Poole and also for Jim Crouse in his tobacco field. He loved to be outdoors. Holiday World,  camping, and the zoo were places we went every year. Hilman Ferry is where we go camping at. Another thing he loved was spicy foods. Flamming hot cheetos and boneless buffalo chicken. Every time we went to Taco John's he got a lb of buffalo chicken. When we buried him we put a bag of his cheetos with him. He also had a cousin that put a code red mountain dew and a friend who was like a brother, put a monster energy drink with him. And yes Caleb smoked so his cheech and chong lighter  was put in his pocket with many single cigarettes people were putting also.          Caleb left without us getting to say goodbye. But that's ok because goodbye is forever and I hope to be back with him someday. There's always hope right. I can't get mad at the good Lord for taking him away. Just thank him for the 15 years I got to spend with him. He grew up going to Community Fellowship Church in Clay where he learned a lot. His preacher was Brother Earl Reeves.  We are very thankful that we were able to have his funeral in the church. It really helped because Earl and his wife Janie knew Caleb since he started preschool. Janie was a secretary at the school. His favorite church song was I'll Fly Away. He is and will always be missed but we need to keep his memories going and never forget him. He left to soon and that pain will never go away.
