Calvin Menniefee, Sr. was born on August 13,1934 to the late Charlie and Vera Menniefee.

He accepted Christ at an early age and united with Beulah # 2 Baptist Church in Dadeville, Alabama. He graduated from Camp Hill High School and was retired from St. Luke's Hospital in Cleveland, Ohio.

He departed this life on Saturday, September 19,2015. He was preceded in death by his wife, Virginia Menniefee; daughter, Rosie M. Smith; son, Barry Menniefee; three sisters, Bessie R. Marbury, Doris Greene and Shirley Coleman.

He leaves to cherish his memories; a devoted daughter, Vanessa Jones;
five sons; Jeffrey (Patricia) Fitch, Cleveland, OH; Tony Menniefee;
Calvin (Sharon) Menniefee, Stockbridge, GA; Gregory (Cynthia)
Menniefee, Buford, GA; and Bernard Menniefee, Alexander City, AL;
two brothers; Charlie Menniefee and James (Glenda) Menniefee, both
of Camp Hill, AL; four sisters; Myrtis Stamps, Imperial Beach, CA;
Rosie (Earl) Bundy, Luray, VA; Annie Lee Wright, Chattanooga, TN
andHazel Pettiford, New York; twenty-eight grandchildren; 35 Great
Grand children and a host of nieces, neptrews, cousins and other relatives
and friends.
