Carl was one of many children born to Wayne and Ruby Scott born in a little holler in Kentucky called Meat house. He was always the protector and even though when it came to his little brothers and  his little sisters he sometimes picked on them but they always knew their brother loved them with all his heart. HIs brothers and sisters include Katharine Scott-Moore-Lilly, Darrell Scott, Linda Scott-Porter, Patricia Scott- McCoy-Hill, Henry Michael Scott, Angelia Scott-McCoy, Jimmy Dean Scott, and the youngest little brother Jason Scott and little Brenda Jean. They argued sometimes growing up but were one of the closest families in the world, they always had each others back and loved each other above all no matter what they stuck together always.
