David and I have fond memories of Carl at our bible study and especially our annual dinner out at carols garden. He always had great stories about fishing—especially one about creating a fly from his dog’s hair.

My memory is of a family that would not let Carl give up. They would encourage him to keep going up till God was calling him home. Loved ones are always missed we know they are in the arms of Jesus.

It's hard to put in words what Carl and Shirley have meant to me. In 1970 they stood up at my Wedding; Carl was named God Father to my son , Sean, born in 1972. Thru the years, we drifted apart, however, they were always in my thoughts and several years ago, we were able to reconnect, in their visit to my home in Hawaii. My son, as an adult, was so proud to have met his God Father, whom I had told him about thru the years. It's so very hard to believe my friend is gone, and that we will not see each other again. Good By Carl, you will be sorely missed... A Hui Hou, my friend.

Our thoughts and prayers are with the family at a difficult time. Carl
fought the fight up to the end, and through many years. He's now at peace with our loving God with no more pain. Our love to Shirley and the kids as they go forward and find their ways without him.
Blessings to each, Don and Carolyn Price
