Hello. I'm Carlos's brother. As for you, for us (family) we still don't want to believe that Carlos left suddenly and so soon. he still had so much to give ...
I want now on behalf of Carlos' family to thank you all for the memorial, for the words left by each one and that the good times we spent with him remain in our memories.

Although I never had the honor to meet Carlos in person, I've heard nothing but positive things about him personally and the work he has done via our company.

Our thoughts are with his son, wife, family and friends. In name of the i8c team I wish them much strength and want to express our deepest condolences.

Carlos was a very passionate man and always driven towards improving things! He was always very enthusiastic when we had team meeting and had a great sense of humor. I'm sure that he will be missed by all of his colleagues.

May care and love to his family provide some comfort and peace to get them through the days ahead. My most sincere condolences.

My deepest condolences to the loss of a valuable colleague and a wonderful person.

For the short period that I have been able to work with Carlos, I have nothing but good memories of our collaboration. A friendly, passionate and enthusiastic colleague who was fully committed to the success of projects where no effort was too much, even outside office hours.

He will always be in our hearts!

Much strength to his family and friends in these difficult moments.

Having worked closely with you for all those years, it was a great shock when the news arrived. Life can take such drastic turns...

Always up for a joke and a chat, which most of the time ended up talking about football. Let's hope Benfica gets a lot of titles in the future!
Even the last years, when you were working remotely from Egypt, it still felt you were closeby.
I've always enjoyed working with you, you were such a great, reliable and enthousiastic person!

I want to express my deepest condolonces to his wife, son, father, family and friends. I wish you much strength and courage.

I'm very grateful to have known Carlos and I will miss him.

I will remember Carlos as a warm and passionate person, always eager to help, but most of all: a family-man. He spoke with much pride about his son, and with much love about his wife.

At work, he was the person who would never give up, always there to find the best solution for the company and defend that vision with passion, always in a kind manner.

My sincere condolences to his family and friends and his colleagues. He'll be forever in our hearts.

Carlos, our roads crossed at Mediahuis a long time ago. I had the wonderful opportunity to work closely with you. What a journey we did together within Mediahuis! Building success after success, thanks to your contribution and knowledge. Thank you for inspiring me all those years

Besides this, you were a true friend, always there for a conversation. Ready to help. Being there to guide me within Portugal during my regular visits. A visit to Lisboa will never be the same!

Carlos, we will miss you a lot. Words seem inadequate to express the sorry felt by the loss of Carlos. My sincere condolences to his wife, son, father, and brother.

When I think of Carlos, I think of a very warm & calm person.
Who was always willing to help when there were problems.
Who was driven, motivated and very good at his job.
Even when work had to be done in the evening or at the weekend.
Nothing was too much for Carlos.

But apart from his work, the most important thing in his life were his wife, son (of which he was so proud) and family. I whish them my sincere condolences and much strength.

I'm grateful to have know Carlos and will miss him

While Carlos was working in Belgium and remotely for Corelio/Mediahuis, we were in regular contact. But remember in particular that day we went visiting Antwerp and Carlos came for dinner at my home.

To Carlos's wife, son and family: what a loss. Carlos was a great person. My thoughts are with you. Wish you a lot of strength. We keep all these good & positive memories.

Time may pass and fade away but memories of you will always stay.
Till we meet again.

The sudden loss was a shock to me.
I wish the greatest strength and sincere condolences to the whole family.

I only worked with Carlos on a few occasions, quite some time ago. However, he made a great impression on me: he clearly knew what he was talking about and he was a dependable and pleasant colleague. I will remember Carlos as the friendly guy who always said hi when we passed each other in the hallways of the old Corelio building, even if we didn't closely collaborate. My sincere condolences go out to his family, his friends and his colleagues at both Polarizing and Mediahuis.

I know Carlos since he started working at Mediahuis. I think about 8 years ago. He was a great colleague but most of all he was also a good friend.

At work, he was someone you could rely on, someone you could build on. He was one of the few who got things done. We only needed a few words to understand each other. Even if we disagreed, at the end of the meeting we always found a solution that felt right for both of us. Carlos always thought of the long-term solution and wanted the best for the company. He never said I don’t understand or I can’t do that. He always found a solution, even to the most complex problems.

This is how I knew Carlos. Someone with great enthusiasm, who solves all problems, always willing to help, common sense and above all a warm personality.

He talked with much love about his family and he was very proud of his son. I want to express my condolonces to his wife, son, father, family and friends. I wish you much strength and courage. Carlos will be missed by a lot of people.

I am very grateful to have known Carlos.

Although Carlos was literally far away, he was a constant value in our Tibco IST team for many years, together with his colleagues within Polarizing, and the direct colleagues within Mediahuis.

All strength to his family, and to the entire team that worked closely with Carlos! He will be deeply missed.

Although I only worked with Carlos remotely for the last year, I enjoyed our online meetings and conversations together. I'm saddened that I will never be able to meet him in person. He was very knowledgeable and a strong contributor to our team. He was always friendly and cheerful. He was a wonderful colleague and will be sorely missed.

To his wife, son, father and other relatives: my sincere condolences for your so sudden loss. I hope that you will find the strength to get through this difficult time.
