To the family of Carmen, I'm so very sorry for the loss of Carmen to your family. She was an integral part of The Napue family. Always with a smile and engaging personality. I have gone down memory lane as I see Carmen and my sister Karla laughing and playing in the neighborhood. God Bless all of you. Carmen is a great legacy for you.

You were my first friend in kindergarten. We met up everyday to walk to and from school. We played in the school orchestra, twirled batons, and were cheerleaders together. Either Mr. Jolly or my Dad took us or picked us up whether it was the library or wherever we wished to go. We were high school buddies, and if it weren't for you (and Mrs. Wells), our counselors would have kept us from applying for college. Though miles and miles apart, we kept up, sometimes years in between lengthy phone calls. We shared a great childhood full of great memories. You will always be a bright light in my heart.

I will always remember your smile and your sense of humor. You kept me laughing through the years and the many ball games we attended. I will miss you my friend.

You were my inspiration many, many years ago when I began my career as an educator. The lives you touched by your dedication and selflessness will forever be your legacy. I cry over your passing, but smile at the same time knowing that the good Lord above has received one very special Angel!
