Her Life

In loving memory

September 18, 2013

On August 9th, 2013, Carol passed away suddenly but peacefully. She was a proud mother of two sons, and doting grandmother of three grandsons; her pride and her joy shined brightest when she was with her boys.

Carol was brave and curious and she eagerly, passionately, traveled the world. She raced an ostrich in South Africa, climbed the Great Wall of China, shopped the markets in Turkey, fed monkeys in India, cruised as many seas as she could, and dined in luxury on nearly every continent. She shared her love for exotic countries, cultures, and cuisines with family, friends and clients and reveled in the impact their travels had on their lives, as well. She worked as a luxury travel consultant for more than 35 years, planning every detail of each trip with great care and tremendous satisfaction. Her life's experiences were enriched by her client's unique, global discoveries. Our lives were enriched by her stories, her pictures, her cooking, and her happiness.

This page is created in her honor, in hopes that you will share your stories of Carol, memories of times you shared with her, or notes of condolence. She was a beautiful person, she had a youthful sense of humor, and she was a generous soul. She died too soon and we miss her.
