Her Life
February 10, 2014

When they returned to England Carol embarked on a career in looking after the Mentally Infirm elderley.

She worked for the Catholic Social Services and was to become lifelong friends with the Nuns she worked with especially Sister Johanna and Sister Angelo.

Her husbands job took him to the North East and she continued to work with the elderley with Durham Social Services.  She worked a Lynwood House in Lanchester and was to make some lifelong friends.

She had to retire on Medical Grounds after she developed Osteoporosis and had a few nasty breaks to her shoulder and ankle.

Even in retirement she continued to look after people  visiting them at home or in hospital  or care homes
