Carol worked for CatholicSocial Services at Aigburth Liverpool.
She was exited that Mother Theresa was making a visit.
When I went to pick her up at the end of her shift ,she was upset that Mother Therersa had been delayed and would be late.
I said we could wait and see her when she arrived.
When Mother Theresa arrived she was very humble and offered sincere apologies for being late.
It was completely beyond her control and yet she still spent a lot of time talking to people.
It is wonderful to know that Mother Theresa has now enter Sainthood and still looks down on her people 

Carol would be the first to admit that she was really fincky with food.
Over the course of our travels we had a few "incidents".
We were aitting on a verandah in Key West and I took my hat off to eat. I placed it in my bag.
We ordered two reef fish as the area was known for its fish.
When carols came she took one look at it and pronounced that it was  not "reef" fish as she knew it, rede emporer etc.
Whilst nobody was lookin she quickly put the fish in the bag unknown to me.
Of course when the time came to leave she said that the meal was nice.
I put my hat on  - and yes - you have guessed - this beautiful peice of reef fish was in my hat and eventually on my head.    Love you forever Carol  xx
