ForeverMissed

This memorial website was created in memory and honor of our dear loved ones, Carol and Robert Szalacha.

Carol was a proud matriarch, loving wife, devoted mother and grandmother. Whose loss is immeasurable, as well as the love she left behind.

Robert was a dedicated husband, a doting father and grandfather, military veteran, kind hearted soul who will be forever in the hearts of those who loved him.

Carol and Robert passed away together, after lives spent radiating love to so many friends and family who are now grieving their loss.

This is a place for anyone to send love and blessings to the grieving family, share stories, memories and photos, to give us a glimpse of who they were and learn about the lives they led, and to create a sacred space where we can all remember that even though death leaves a heartache no one can heal, love leaves a memory no one can steal.

Happy Birthday Mom. One of our traditions that I will miss: going to Didiers every Thursday before Mothers day to buy beautiful baskets. They always had a great sale and I always bought you a flower basket for mothers day. Then we would go to lunch, Cheesecake Factory. Im so glad we were able to do that this year. You will be dearly missed mom.

May my father, incapable of betrayal - and his wife, full of adventure and as well industrious, forever remain in our hearts. I love the photos, Kelly!

Grandpa

I remember being very young, and you taking me to golden nugget pancake house. It was my first time having potato cakes, latkes, and I wasnt sure if i'd like them. You assured me if I didn't I could get regular pancakes! Silver dollars. We sat at the counter, I felt like a real city girl! I miss you

There has never been a time in my life, whether at the zoo, in the wild, on a coffee cup, a t shirt that I have seen a flamingo and not thought of you! I remember always seeing a flamingo (or 10!) in the garden, you had flamingos on your iced tea glasses, maybe even the pitcher too! You also loved parrots. Im so happy I gave you that parrot painting in August when I saw you last. I am working on the other one you wanted and will have it done soon. It's healing my heart and soul <3

Grandma and Grandpa, some of my earliest childhood memories are when the boys and I would spend the night, and we would sleep in grandpa's golf room. I remember we were so tiny, I used to write little stories about fairy castles and kings and queens, while hiding in the sleeper sofa couch! We always had so much fun in that house. I remember you would take us to the school park nearby. I remember staying up late with you watching movies downstairs on tv. I miss you so much
