Happy 90th birthday to my mother-in-law, Carol Burnstein- Schulman. Mom's been gone now almost 5 years ago. Since I last posted, Mel Schulman has also passed away, on July 25, 2019. Carol would have loved to have celebrated her birthday in Las Vegas with my hubby Monty, as she did many times. She was a big fan of BBQ ribs & I would love to cook them for her and if she were not in Vegas, she would have been here eating my ribs. She lived 85 wonderful years and died peacefully, leaving behind many who loved her and miss her!

Thanks Carol for all you have done for me and my family. Carol was a lively person who was passionate about her family and friends. She loved to golf, travel and create things with her hands. She will be greatly missed every day by all of us who loved her. We will cherish our memories of her as well as all the things that she made for us. Carol passed away so unexpectedly that her death was hard to take. May we remember to frequently tell all our family and friends that we love them, and be a blessing to others. May we all be ready to meet God on any given day...so that God will say, "Well done good & faithful servant."

My dearest Wife and best friend.
You will be missed by me forever. I just can't remember a day in the last almost eight years we were together that we were apart. That is the one thing that bothers me the most. Being Alone. That's what hurts the most. I miss you so.

We will miss Aunt Carol's zest for fun & adventure. We loved hearing the humorous stories from energetic Aunt Carol and our mom, Enid Laks, growing up in Wilkes-Barre, PA, In later years, we appreciated how Carol would stay in touch and include us in family gatherings such a dinner held in Hartsdale, NY. Love you dearly, We send thoughts of love & care to family & friends. Love, Jan Lessner Gordon & Kim Lessner Goldstein..
