Carole was one of the rare people in my life who bubbled over with joy every time I saw her. Always a kind smile, warm laughter, and encouraging words. She seemed to have a knack for looking on the bright side of life and I really needed that influence during my tumultuous teenage years. Frequent visits to Liz often afforded me an encounter with Carole. It was always a small blessing...a bonus to being friends with Liz. She was a wonderful cook and a ray of sunshine. I look forward to seeing you again one day, Carole.
