Carolyn Ann Wall Holman, 68 passed away on September 17, 2020. Carolyn had been a Solider in the Salvation Army in the Alabaster area. She was there each Sunday service to say the opening prayer that she personally wrote. She was a member of the women ministry and taught Children's Sunday School. She was always there to help out by ringing the bells at Christmas time. She authored many poems, prayers and devotional showing her love for our God. She was always ready to share her love for God and pray for those in need. Preceded in death was her daughter, Annette Shalenko and her parents. She is survived by her younger siblings and many nieces and nephews.
Carolyn never felt sorry for herself no matter what life brought her. She was always praying for others and was full of forgiveness for all who had wronged her. We all could learn a lesson on how she lived her life. The heavens have gain an Angel. We will miss her forever.
