Cassandra Fran Allen was born March 19th 1949 to the late James E. Allen and Josephine Vincent Allen in Saint Louis Missouri

She confessed her belief in Jesus Christ at an early age and was baptized at McKinney Chapel in 1960

Sandy was educated at Elzy R. Smith Elementary school Berkeley junior high and graduated from Berkeley Senior High in 1968

Sandy was united to Sherman (Tony)  Morgan he preceded her in death. She worked for 27 years at Host International

One brother Billy Michael Allen preceded her in death.

God's garden had needed of another flower so on Tuesday July 27 2010 at 11:10 p.m. He called sandy home.

sandy leaves to cherish her love two daughters one son- Tamara (Tammie) Toles, Milton (Mickey) Hutton, Jr., and Turhonica (Ronnie) Hutton. 

Seven Grandchildren - Anthony, Kaylynn, Kayla, Lemere, Tia, Amber,Rory(RJ). One StepDaughter Taneisha Hutton (Bummpy). One Sister, Carole Allen-Hunt, two Brothers, Jimmie Allen and Tony Allen.

One Devoted Special Friend, Mr. Sidney Carson, 14 Niece's and Nephew's, 3 Aunt's, 1 Uncle, and a Host of Cousins and Friends.
