I'm sorry I never met Catherine Barbara Schuhl. I feel compelled to write anyway, since my wife was a Cardinal Dougherty graduate of 1976, was an educator and lively wife and mother and she died 3 years ago at age 51. You have my prayers of sympathy and empathy.

Chuck and I want to let you know how sorry we are to learn of Cathy's passing. We ask God to send you His strength and grace at this sorrowful time; it's got to be so hard to lose someone you love so dearly. One day you will see her again in God's heaven. Take care.

Cathy had a smile that would light up a room, although only in her company and Jim's a few times, it was her daughter Mandy that we knew most.
