Mama Catherine Mbianda was the first of 3 wives married to Pa Marcus Nkwantah. The second and third wives earlier passed away. She had 8 Kids, 40 grand Kids, 25 great grand kids and 1 Great great Grand kid. 

She was born in Balengou, Western  Region of Cameroon. Got Married to Pa Nkwantah in early 1940s and moved to then Victoria now known as Limbe. She was a House wife and also did a lot of farming at The popular "Nkwantah ee Bush" at Mile One, behind the hospital. She played a big role in the up bringing of the 21  Nkwantah Kids. She was very funny and lived a christian life. 

Her remains will be transported to the Village in Balengou were her husband and the other wives were buried. Please join the Nkwantah Family to celebrate the life of this great Mami.
