Beloved daughter to the late Violet Beverage Waugh(2000) and the late Harry McKee Taylor (1981). beloved sister to the Late Harry Carling Taylor(2016),Lorraine Lamb, Violet o'donnell and Robert Taylor. beloved mother to Scott Rooney, Alan Macalister and Andrew macalister, she was also a beloved aunt too many. she was also a beloved wife to the late John Macalister. Catherine passed away suddenly on the 14th of June 2012. she was always a person who could cheery you up especially with a good drink in her as we know she loved. she was devoted to her family and would do anything to help if she could. Catherine passed away just 2 months before the birth of her Grandson Andrew John Taylor Macalister (AJ for short) was born she would have loved him how much he looked like Andrew when he was born.

Distance may separate us, but my heart will never let you go, For I carry a part of you with me always. It keeps me going through the day. It brings a smile to my faceand tears to my eyes. It is a part of my dreams that I live for and cherish. That part is my wish, my only one, To see you again soon. I know that wish will someday come true. But for now, I will hold in my heart The memory of you And never let you go.
