Dearest G'pa, It's been 47 years since you passed and we miss you so much. Your Great, great, great grandson Cayden just turned 14 and he is 6'1". We always tell him how his G'pa was tall and he was going to be just like him. He's got a little bit of your kind temper too, ha! You are often a topic of conversation and it's always good. We love you, miss you and have great respect for the man you were. I love you, Sharon

Precious G'pa, I know I'm late with your birthday wish, sorry. Adalyn has the same birthday and I took her out for lunch and some shopping.  I tell her about you all the time and how lucky she was to be a remembrance of you. She's 12 now and you would be 126 yrs old. You were a good person, stern but loving. I wish I had been able to be around you more, but I cherish our times we did have. I'm happy to believe all your pain is gone and you enjoy loving all your family that is with you. Give G'ma and my Mom a kiss for me. I love you, Sharon

G’pa, it’s been 44 years since you passed. I know you’re in a happy place, with G'ma, Mom and now Shirley. I miss them all terribly and I miss you so very much. I can still see you sitting in your chair and welcoming us when we came to visit. You are a very special G'pa, I only wish I had had more years with you  I know you wouldn’t have wanted me to have found out about Shirley the way I did, but it was her wish, but my wish would’ve been to have had a good relationship. I’ve been very sad at her passing, I don’t think she knows how much I wanted to be family. Please tell G'ma and Mom and Shirley how much I love them. I love and miss you. Love, Sharon

G'pa, Happy 123rd Birthday. It can't possibly be 44 yrs since you passed. I share stories about you with my great grand children and they enjoy the stories of the farm in Nevada. I loved that I got to spend summers with you and G'ma there, I learned so much and experienced so much. I was happy for you when you moved to Bolivar, it was no more farming and you and G'ma could lessen your work load by tons. I wish you had had more time there. You wouldn't believe what has happened to our precious world, it breaks my heart, but with faith in God, we will make it through this. I love you, I miss you and I am proud to be your granddaughter. We had a party for Adalyn today, she turned 9, I always remind everyone in the family that she shares this day with you. Miss you, Love Sharon

It's been 43 years since you were with us on earth. I know you still watch over us from Heaven, mainly because you have a great great great granddaughter who was born on your birthday. She, Adalyn, turned 8 this year and she is such a sweetheart. You would absolutely love her. Her brother, Cayden, is a Christmas Eve baby who just turned 10. I know Christmas was your favorite holiday and I think you had a little to do with his birthday too. G'pa, today we celebrated you and your great, great, great granddaughters birthday. She turned 7 today, you would have been 121 yrs old!! She had cake and plenty of presents. She has been practicing to be a ventriloquist and she is pretty darn good. I've gotten her 2 puppets and she has a ball with them. I wish you could have held her and listened to her tell you how much she loves you. Watch over her G'pa (and Cayden too), I tell her about you all the time and how I spent the summers with you and G'ma in Nevada. Both of my little sweethearts would have really enjoyed being at the farm. Love you bunches, Sharon.

G’pa, it’s been 41 years since you passed. I wonder if you know how many times I have thought of you and wished I could talk to you just one more time. I loved to spend the summers with you and G’ma, playing in the barn, fishing and going to the big town of Nevada. Your property is so different but the 2 trees in the front yard are still there. The mulberry bush is still along the fence row.

G'pa, I'm sure you know this, but you have a precious little great-great-great granddaughter and she was born on YOUR birthday. I know you would be so proud of that and you would love her to pieces. Her name is Adalyn and she has a brother named Cayden. They both have carrot red hair. It's a show stopper where ever we go. Everyone wants to know where they got that hair. They are little dolls. Love them and you.
