We are heartbroken to announce the death of our mother, Cecilia Inez Neugent Weber, who died on January 7, 2023. She passed away peacefully at the age of 55. She was preceded in death by her parents Robert Neugent and Anna Merrill Weldon Neugent. She leaves behind her two children, Grace Anne Weber of Huntington Beach, California and William Stone Weber of Riverside, Alabama. She is survived by siblings Robert Mark Neugent of West Memphis, Arkansas, Rebecca Anne Neugent Martin and William David Neugent, both of Huntington Beach, California and nieces Ellie Zoe Martin of Huntington Beach, California and Madison Sinclair Martin of Ithaca, New York.
