Dear Helen and family:
I was so sorry to read about the passing of Celso. It has been quite some time since we worked together at the TD. There you shared many stories of Celso and your children with us all. I know Celso is going to be so missed by each and everyone of you.
Thinking of you, Helen, and your family. Take care. Valerie and Steven Biden

To the Natingor family: our deepest condolences to all of you. Cherish your memories and time with each other - it is so precious. Your dad was always so quiet when I came to your house to get into shenanigans with Hecel but he had a large presence and seemed to know what we were up to! Take comfort knowing he is in a better place.

Though it has been some time since we have been in touch with the Natingor's, it does not reduce the sadness and sympathy we feel to hear of Celso's passing. When Celso and Helen moved, we were sad to see them leave (for our own selfish reasons), though we were cheered knowing that they were moving closer to the kids and grandkids. It's our hope that you can combine the courage to grieve with pride knowing what a wonderful accomplishment he was able to achieve with you, his family. Celso is remembered with fondness by those who knew him. Our heartfelt hugs and prayers to you all. Dan and Anna Sullivan, and Patricia Garinger and Lee Garinger.

I only had the pleasure of meeting Celso a few times, including the few days around Jim and Hecel's wedding. He was a great guy; happy, funny, and very proud of his Kids. Sorry for your loss Hecel, Angie, and Al.
