Born of Fulgencio Junio and Severina Martinez of Bayambang, Pangasinan - he is the 4th in a family of 7, following Andrea(Heling) who married Faustino Mamaradlo of San Carlos with 3 kids in Joe, Rai, Audrey. Next is Gertrudes(Ruding) who married Teofilo Barbiran of Sta. Barbara with 8 kids in Grace, Margie, Marites, Arlene, Rowena, Jun, Jane, Cherry. Next is Jaime who married Ruth Narvaez of Bacoor with 3 kids in Jongene, Jayvee, James. 

Cesar is the (UST School of Law) lawyer in the family and boy did he fit that role to a T. He is the most talkative among all of us (Inlaem to kamin amin). We are gratefull the reviews so far are mostly positive. He had a knack for treating everyone special. Apparently he was good at it. So much so that he bagged a UP-Diliman hotshot dentist in Loretta Minong. Together they raised 7 wonderful kids in Norman (4 kids), Lea (1 kid), Marie (2 kids), Teng (2 kids), Pen, Gina (1 kid), Julius (1 kid). All seven of them very successful in their respective careers.


5th is Venus who married Mario Galvan of Dagupan with 3 kids Marie, Vanessa, Michael. Next is Socorro(Coring) who married Conrad Ochangco of Arayat with 3 kids in Gilbert, Wilbur, Verne. Last is Edward(Ed) married to Hermelita (Hermie) of San Marcelino with 4 kids in Claudine, Chris, Cliff and Carlo.
