Mr. Charles ("Tony' "Chuck" "Slim") Anthony Williams, age 69, born December 4, 1948 in Dayton, OH, passed away on August 27, 2018. He was the son of the late John & Nathalene Williams. He was a graduate of Roosevelt High School, Class of 1968. A retiree of General Motors Damax. A Bass guitarist for many groups of the city. Preceded in death by parents; sister, Gertrude Green; brothers, Johnny, Michael and David Williams. Survived by three children, Anthony Williams, Tasha and Malik Mayo; brothers, James, Gerald (Beverly), Ricky (Alexis) Williams; sister, Patricia Combs; Godsister, Carolyn Medley; special friends, Hope Mayo and Alma (Rev. Joe) Bryant. Funeral Service will begin at 11 AM on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Salem Missionary Baptist Church, 3100 W. Third Street, Dayton, Ohio 45417.
