As a teenager Charles kept to himself he had a few friends but he mostly was solo he read lots of books listen to all kinds of music before he had a car he was on foot he went everywhere he was never home he finally got his first job at little ceaser's then became manager and put himself through Wayne State university and got a degree from there he worked for Chrysler for 17 yrs and was going back to school for his master's
