Mr. Charles always had a smile and a kind word. He was a true icon at the schools and at Jacks. May the memories of his smile, laughter and stories provide comfort in the days to come.

The grieving process has not begun for me yet. Tomorrow when the family gets to see you at the funeral home will be the last time here on Earth we see your physical body. As I lay here going thru our family photos it just seems unreal, like your just at the hospital. Papa, please watch over Gma, daddy, Kenzie, April, Ricky, Susan, and all of the rest of us..Gma is trying to be herself by being strong but you guys love for each other was unconditional and rare. God giving you your wings took the pain away from you and your with family that you have missed for so long. I love you and miss you, Until the Day We See You Again. Heaven will have some of the best gardens from now on... There will never be another man that can take your place in anyone of our hearts. Thank you for being my papa, my best friend, my mentor, my hero and for loving me even when I didn't deserve it... PuPu

Mr. Enloe was the sweetest, most kind hearted man. He was always smiling and always ready to lend a helping hand. He had the most beautiful garden in Butner and was always sharing his veggies with his neighbors. I will cherish all the years of watching him take his morning walk and enjoying our little chats on the porch. I pray that God comforts his family and carries them through this very sad time.
Sincerely,
Kim and Chris Malugen

Being from Western North Carolina, Uncle Charlie still had the generosity of the people from that area...as stated he never met anyone that he couldn't pull in, and always wanted you to have something to eat...poor Aunt Shelby had to cook way to often, because Uncle Charlie invited any and all to have dinner. He loved all, and I have never heard him say a harmful word about anyone. Happy Journey home Uncle Charlie....I'll miss you....
