Charles James Bert Christian, Born May 25 1930 in San Francisco, son of James Christian and Edna Bell.

They migrated to Pitcairn Island in 1937, however James didn't make it as he died of pneumonia just before leaving the States.

Charles grew up on Pitcairn Island the home of the Bounty Mutineers, among the people he loved and it became his home. However, he never forgot where he was born and was proud to be an American. He is a 6th generation, descendant of Fletcher Christian.

He is survived by his second wife Barbara, daughter Carol, son Ron and stepdaughter Elaina, grandchildren Dean, Darralyn, Charlene, Jason, Darrin and Bradley and great grandchildren Ralph, Jayden, Kimiora, Torika, Cushana, Corbin and Ayden. His first wife died in 1995 and 3 yrs later met and married Barbara Weremeichik. We miss him very much but will never forget him. Rest in peace "Dad Charles".
