In Loving Memory of Charles William "Bill" McLaughlin Sr.

Charles William "Bill" McLaughlin Sr, 79 of Huber Heights, OH passed away on January 9, 2024.  Bill was born July 12, 1944 to Royden and Barbara (Blackner) McLaughlin in Pittsburgh, PA.  He is survived by his loving and devoted wife, Juanita McLaughlin, and five children: Angela (Joe) Johnson, Bill McLaughlin Jr, Kevin (Leann Kreusch) McLaughlin, Robert McLaughlin, and Michelle (George) White, thirteen grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, sister Sharon (Harley Dixon) McLaughlin, sister in law Deb McLaughlin as well as many nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents and brother James McLaughlin. 

Bill proudly served in the United States Army and was a dedicated Freemason.  A skilled truck driver and mechanic, Bill's passion extended to teaching his children invaluable life skills. He believed in independence and doing a job right the first time. 

In remembrance of Bill, let us celebrate a life marked by love, dedication, and a commitment to excellence. There will be a private inurnment with military honors for the family at Dayton National Cemetery at a future date.  He will be dearly missed by all. May he rest in eternal peace.

My friend Michelle

The first time I ever met my friend, Michelle father I think I was like maybe 14 at the time I was in their Jacuzzi at their house, and he came home and he had the deepest voice ever and scared the life out of me because I thought I was gonna be in trouble because I was at their house in their Jacuzzi hanging with their daughter And then Michelle told her dad like that you know who this is and he was like no who is this? Michelle was like this is my friend, Stanjuan sister, and he was like the boy you used to talk to, and I was like oh my god what did i get myself into?
