I feel honored and blessed to have known Mike and to spend the 6th, 7th and 8th grades with him. Mike was truly a good friend and we had some fun times. I did see Mike about 30 years ago and spent time catching up. Mike will be missed!!

Captain Mikey,what a dear sweet friend you were to Holly and to me! So many great memories in Newport and Huntington Beach, the Doheny Jazz fest. All the fun parties ,going to Catalina ,spending time on your boat. Just every memory I have of you was the best time ever!

My brother Mike Hill was a special & generous person, he was always loving, caring, helpful to his family & friends, & those around him. He enjoyed life & being around the water , boating, rowing, swimming, & having his captain's license, & sharing his experiences with family & friends. The last few years before he died, he was very happy with the love of his life Colette, she brought him joy, happiness & companionship
to his life. We will miss him more than words can say. We know he is with Jesus & all his family & friends that have gone before him.

We met Mike just once on the BVI sailing trip in 2013. What a character! He was always such fun, a real entertainer, but at the same time really considerate and sensitive, making sure everyone was happy and always asking us what we wanted to do. We had a great time and will always be grateful that Mike was capitain and looked after us so well. We will miss him.

Uncle Mike standing behind my dad. I can't believe they are both gone now. Such good memories. Uncle Mike was always so generous and kind. He was the first one to get me out on the dance floor when I was just a young, shy girl. Loved him!
