Charlie was married to the love of his life Ruth Moore. They was blessed with two children, Charles K. Moore and Rhonda K. Moore Johnson. He also had 3 grandchildren, Kayla Hopkins Tackett, Charles Hopkins, andTtiffany Chapman Boyd. As well as two great grandchildren Jacob A Tackett and Jonah B Tackett.  Charlie loved playing music and was a member of the ramblen fever band. He also loved being around family and friends. He was a strong man with a heart of gold.
