Pops was a good guy and handy -- seemed like he always got 300,000 miles out of his cars and he could fix anything. Great engineer. Had a fabulous bird garden in the back of the house at Chatham, MA, with every kind of birdfeeder and bird for miles. Knew what would bring the cool birdies out so you could watch them from the dining room window. He loved animals and the outdoors.
