Mr. Charlie Morgan Brooks was born October 26, 1948 in rural Chambers County, AL. He was the sixth child born to the parentage of the late Henry and Izzella Robinson Brooks.

Charlie was reared with a nephew and niece that he considered his little brother and sister, Jack and Shelby Jean.  He always looked out for them and made sure they got the best of everything.
