Mr. Charlie "Bill" Clements, age 83, of 406 Poplar Street in Hogansville died Friday, March 18, 2016 at West Georgia Health.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, March 23, 2016 at 2:00 PM St. Paul CME Church, 463 Sewell Rd. Grantville Ga. 30220.
Pastor Carlton Mahone will officiate and interment will follow in the Zion Hill Missionary Baptist Church Cemetery, 2950 Primrose Rd., Greenville, Ga. 30222.
