Ms. Chepkemboi L. Nelson, daughter of Taffy Turner and Arnold Nelson was born on May 11, 1974 in Staten Island, New York. Chepkemboi moved to Dayton, Ohio at an early age.

Her beloved grandmother, Boots Gray, introduced her to the teaching of Christ at an early age. She later grew in her own personal walk with Christ and shared her love for Him with her children and others. Her faith carried her through sickness and difficult times. She always gave God the glory!

Chepkemboi’s love for family, friends and community led her to the Wesley Community Center where she provided transportation for the Senior Program and for a brief time was employed by Caterpillar Logistics. Her loving spirit and gentle demeanor led her to her true calling, to help other as an Administrative Assistant with Care Staff Ohio Health Services. She loved traveling, eating, and having a good time with family and friends. She enjoyed socializing with her friends within the Dayton motorcycle community and beyond.
